PRO CLIMA SOLITEX EXTASANA ADHERO®

PRO CLIMA SOLITEX EXTASANA ADHERO® provides the ultimate weather protection layer for your walls and roofs under all conditions. When fully adhered to rigid substrates, it provides protection from wind, driving rain and other external sources of water, whilst allowing any internal moisture to escape through the vapour permeable, non-porous TEEE^ layer.

According to NCC Vol 1 C1.9 & NCC Vol 2 3.7.1.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SOLITEX EXTASANA ADHERO® is a UV stabilised and tear resistant self-adhesive weather resistive barrier (WRB). A non-porous water resistant TEEE^ film is laminated at high temperature between two layers of spun bonded polypropylene with a full solid acrylate adhesive back and siliconised release paper

This product is suitable for use in BAL regions 12.5 to 40 in accordance with AS 3959. Wherever non-combustible material is required by the NCC it should be noted that this product is less than 1mm thick and has a flammability index of less than 5.

PRO CLIMA SOLITEX EXTASANA®

SOLITEX EXTASANA® is a wall wrap or wall underlay that provides the best weather protection layer for your walls,   under all conditions. It is tested and compliant with AS4200.1

It protects the building from wind, driving rain and other external sources      of water, whilst allowing any internal moisture to escape through the vapour permeable, non-porous TEEE* layer.

Unlike other wall wraps, this next generation in wall membranes offers unique levels of weather tightness and air tightness.

Designed for use behind most typical wall cladding systems, including cavity brick, fibre-cement, masonry and other common wall systems. It is suitable for use in BAL regions 12.5 to 40 in accordance with AS 3959.

Solitex Extasana has some significant advantages over other wrap or membranes available in the Australian market that make construction using these products simpler and easier to follow than many other wraps or membranes.

METAL & TILE – Roof Weather Resistive Barrier

PRO CLIMA SOLITEX MENTO PLUS

SOLITEX MENTO PLUS is a UV stabilised and tear resistant weather resistive barrier (WRB). It contains a non-porous, water resistant TEEE film that is laminated at high temperatures between two layers of spun bonded polypropylene, and also has an added scrim for extra strength.

This product is suitable for use in tile, metal and slate roof applications and it is suitable for use in BAL regions 12.5 to 40 in accordance with AS 3959.

TESCON® PROFIL corner sealing tape is a valuable component of all air barrier systems. TESCON® NAIDECK

TESCON® NAIDECK is a double-sided self-sealing strip, designed to seal penetrations of purlins, battens or studs. It can be fixed directly to, or behind, your weather resistive barrier (WRB). It forms a durable seal around any nail or screw penetrations, and is an essential part of low-slope roof systems. TESCON® NAIDECK is compatible with the pro clima SOLITEX MENTO® and SOLITEX EXTASANA® membranes, as well as rigid sheathings, rigid wall underlays and rigid air barriers (RAB). TESCON EXTORA® PROFIL

It is a valuable component of weather resistive barrier (WRB) systems requiring connections into corners of window and door installations, or complicated junctions. KAFLEX MONO/DUO

KAFLEX mono/duo are airtight and weathertight sealing grommets made of strong and flexible EPDM with an integrated adhesive flange. KAFLEX is a beneficial component of all air barrier and weather resistive barrier systems. It is compatible with membranes, underlays as well as rigid sheathings, rigid wall underlays and rigid air barriers (RAB). Strong, flexible, UV stable up to 180 days, with integrated adhesive, and simple-to-remove release paper, ensures maximum productivity during installation. KAFLEX provides an airtight and watertight adhesive seal to the substrate and pressure seal around the cable, for excellent seals under all conditions. Cables and pipes can be pulled and pushed without damaging the airtightness layer.

KAFLEX MULTI

KAFLEX multi is an airtight and weathertight sealing grommet made of strong and flexible EPDM. It is used to seal up to 16 penetrations in wall and roof underlays, and airtightness systems. KAFLEX is a component of all air barrier and weather resistive barrier systems. It is compatible with membranes, underlays as well as rigid sheathings, rigid wall underlays and rigid air barriers (RAB). Strong, flexible, UV stable up to 180 days, comes as an EPDM patch without the integrated adhesive.

CONTEGA® EXO

CONTEGA® EXO is designed for use as a weathertight connection around exterior edge of windows and doors. It is a non-wicking, non-porous, flexible adhesive strip that is versatile for use in timber, masonry and concrete structures. The tape has slack for expansion to allow for relative motion between components over time, it provides a long-term durable seal. CONTEGA® EXO has adaptable installation options, provided by three strips of adhesive, and can also be plastered or rendered over on the fleece side. It is vapour-permeable ensuring your structure remains dry and durable.

TESCON EXTOSEAL®

TESCON EXTOSEAL® sill tape is a flexible flashing tape for use around framed joinery openings as part of flexible or rigid weather resistive barrier (WRB) systems. It provides optimum weather protection around penetration openings, under all conditions. TESCON EXTOSEAL® provides a wind tight and watertight adhesive seal to the substrate forming a weathertight sill to drain water safely to the outside.

ROFLEX 30 to 300

ROFLEX 30 to 300 range are sealing grommets ideally suited for quick and permanent airtight sealing of penetrations of pipes. It is made of strong and flexible EPDM and can be used inside to seal penetrations through the airtightness layer as well as outside for penetrations in the roof and wall underlays. Pipes can be pulled and pushed without damaging the airtightness layer.

TESCON® PRIMER RP

TESCON® PRIMER RP is applied to porous substrates to prepare the surface for optimum adhesion of TESCON® VANA, TESCON® PROFIL, TESCON EXTORA®, TESCON EXTORA® PROFIL & TESCON EXTOSEAL®. Use TESCON® PRIMER RP to prime substrates such as timber flooring, masonry, fibre cement, plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), and other porous or friable surfaces prior to application of pro clima tapes. This product is designed to enhance adhesion to porous substrates and allow for a highly durable airtight seal and is suitable for bonding all pro clima tape products to any porous or friable building material.
